Hi, I’m Michelle, and I’ve been professionally grooming since August 2015. My heart beats a little faster for water retrievers and those gorgeous curly coats, with a special fondness for Standard Poodles. I also love getting creative with fun haircuts and even safe color applications! What’s truly rewarding for me is working with dogs who might be a little nervous about grooming. I team up with both the pets and their owners to build positive experiences, helping dogs feel safe and maybe even learn to enjoy their pampering sessions!
Hi, I’m Leonard. My journey in the pet world began way back in 1997, and I’ve been a professional pet groomer and show dog handler ever since! My experience is pretty diverse, from the exciting world of dog shows (specializing in terriers and herding breeds) to working in corporate salons, cozy boutiques, and even veterinary hospitals and boarding/training facilities. I even had my own mobile grooming business! My goal is always to make grooming as stress-free as possible for your beloved pets. Patience, trust, and understanding a dog’s body language are essential in my book. I focus on quality over rushing, ensuring each grooming session is thorough and tailored to your pet’s unique needs. I’m excited to meet your furry companions and give them the dedicated attention they deserve.

Starting as a bather and blossoming into a groomer two years later, my love for animals has always been my guiding star. I’ve been with Pawlins since the very beginning, and I’m proud to be part of a team that feels like family. I’ve been close friends with fellow groomers Ashley and Andre for over a decade, and working alongside them makes every day even more special. I treat every single pet who comes into my care as if they were my own, showering them with the same love and attention I give my own furry family. Schnauzers and other terrier breeds have a special place in my heart. Grooming isn’t just a job for me; it’s a deep passion that started during my college years. Since starting at Pawlins, I’ve gotten married and become a proud dad—it’s been a beautiful journey, both personally and professionally. Those life changes have only deepened my appreciation for the responsibility I have when caring for your pets. My own dog and two cats are like my kids!
