Daycare at Pawlins
Dogs find their comfort zone here in groups that best fit their play styles, energy levels, exercise requirements, and other factors. They are provided with enrichment activities, such as training games. Pups have the opportunity to settle down with a filled kong, belly rub or any special treat from our A La Carte menu. Daycare lasts until closing time daily.

What to Expect at All Daycare
- Outdoor play yards with lush K9 grass (no muddy paws here!)
- Indoor play yards with rubber floors (soft on the joints!)
- Outdoor water park (designed exclusively with canines in mind)
- Separate play areas for our petite pups
- Enrichment toys and games selected with your unique pooch in mind
- All the play equipment their hearts could desire
- Webcam access to indoor & outdoor play yards
- Essential-Oil scent technology to sooth the pups
Let’s Meet:
The Interview is an integral part of Pawlins. Each dog who comes to us for care will be interviewed to ensure the safest and most comfortable environment for both our human companions and other pups. Your pet’s interview will take place on their first day of Daycare, this will need to be scheduled with one of our Concierges to ensure we have enough time to give your pet the attention they deserve. We ask that your dog stays for a full day of daycare to take their time and ease into the interview process. Our play attendants will introduce your pup to an evaluation dog who has been carefully chosen for this task. If this goes well, gradually others are added. If your dog is comfortable and has positive interactions, we will choose which playroom and group is the best fit. Finally, all of our guests are closely monitored for any signs of stress. We believe it is important that your pup enjoys off-leash play and has a positive experience during every visit.
Requirements
All puppies must be old enough to have had 3 series of Distemper/Parvo (DHPPV) vaccines, plus:
- DHPPV – Every 3 years
- Rabies – Every 3 years
- Bordetella – Every 6 months
- Leptospirosis – Every 12 months
- Intestinal Parasite Screen – Every 6 months
- All dogs above the age of six months must be spayed or neutered.
- All pets are required to be on flea prevention. If signs of fleas are observed, flea treatment will be applied at an additional cost.
- All vaccines must be updated per your veterinarian’s instructions.
- Canine Influenza Bivalent – Recommended but not required
- All pets must be able to walk without assistance.
- At home, pets must be able to control their bladder and bowel.
- Pawlins staff cannot administer any medications that require PPE.
- Pawlins cannot administer any injectable medications such as insulin.
During Hurricane season, we require a local emergency contact that will be available to pick up your pet in the case of an evacuation.
- Deposits are required for all suites for all Major Holidays and Peak Season.
- Three Night Minimum for Major Holidays
- Two Night Minimum on Weekends and all of Peak Season
- Major Holidays: New Years, Mardi Gras, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Peak Season: Memorial Day to Labor Day
- If you need to board your pet less than our minimums, we will be glad to accommodate you based on availability.
